Terms of Usage

These Terms of Usage ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AiToolK.it application and website. By using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AiToolK.it is operated by BytesBrains Pte. Ltd.

1. Your Account

You sign in with a Google account or an email address. Keep access to your account secure — actions taken through it are your responsibility. You can request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

2. Your Content

You own the content you create — prompts, categories, tags, notes, chat messages, AI companions, the web Apps (sites) you build, and any images you upload. You grant AiToolK.it a limited license to store and process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service — including sending chat and generation content to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy to produce replies and generate Apps and companions.

3. AI-Generated Content

Replies from Naderu (our in-app AI) and any content it generates — including web Apps and companion responses — are machine-generated. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and they are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Check important information before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated output.

4. Publishing & Sharing

Some features make your content public. When you publish an App, it becomes publicly accessible on the internet at a *.wrok.in address and may be viewed, cached, and indexed by third parties (such as search engines). When you share an AI companion to the community gallery, it becomes visible to other users, who may install and use it. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish or share and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant AiToolK.it a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You can unpublish an App or remove a shared companion at any time; we will remove it from our systems, but copies already cached or indexed by third parties may persist for some time outside our control.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the service or its usage limits; no reverse engineering, automated scraping, malware, abuse of others, or infringement of intellectual-property rights; and do not use the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content. Content you publish or share must not be unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful, and must not impersonate others. We may review, moderate, remove, or take down published or shared content, and disable publishing or sharing, at our discretion.

6. Community & Moderation

The community gallery and published Apps contain user-generated content that we do not create and do not endorse. We may review reported content and remove anything that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful. If you install or use content shared by others, you do so at your own discretion and risk. You can report content through the app.

7. Plans & Limits

The free tier includes usage limits — for example daily and monthly message caps, a storage allowance, and a cap on the number of Apps you can publish. Paid plans, where offered, provide higher limits and are described at purchase; paid subscriptions renew until you cancel, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Limits and features may change, and we may adjust them to protect the service's stability and cost.

8. Third-Party Services

The service is built on third-party infrastructure — Google Sign-In and Firebase (authentication, database, storage, hosting), and Cloudflare, which serves your published Apps. It also uses third-party AI providers to generate chat replies and to generate Apps and companions. Their processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Opening a link to an external service takes you to that provider under its own terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, and unpublish or remove your published or shared content, for violations of these Terms or for security or legal reasons.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiToolK.it is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content or from content published or shared through the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be highlighted in-app; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
